Our Process

Know the Options: We save families time and stress by having done much of the leg work. We have a deep understanding of the communities, owners and administrators in the area.

Understand the Family’s Needs: We will take the time to understand your specific needs in terms of these screening and matching criteria: Level of Care, Budget / Funding Sources, Geographic Location, Lifestyle Preferences, and Specialized Needs.

Central Point of Contact: We will serve as the central point of contact for both families and communities. We will coordinate updates, changes and news, in general.

Discussion: We will discuss those needs and help plan which communities to visit.

Tours: We will arrange tours of appropriate communities and accompany you on those tours.

Decision: We will help you gather the information and contacts you need to make an informed choice.

Follow Up: We will stay in touch before, during and after a move-in to help with a smooth transition.
