President

Michele Manzo-Lembo

As an eldercare specialist, Michele educates families to make informed decisions during emotionally stressful situations. She and her team have successfully helped families find independent, assisted living, and memory care residences for loved ones across Greater Tampa Bay. Michele is well-versed in the impact of, and support systems in place to help those managing the impact of Alzheimer’s disease. She has been featured as a long-term care expert in print, TV, and radio broadcast media.

After a successful career as a media executive, Michele started her senior services business to leverage her skills for better purposes. Her decision was influenced by losing her father to cancer and the compassionate care he received from professionals toward the end of his life. The company name "Michelota" pays homage to dad's nickname for her. She is proud to own-operate a contributing enterprise that makes a positive difference in people’s lives.

Michele holds an MBA degree from Nova Southeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Tulane University. She has been a volunteer leader throughout her career and served on non-profit boards. A Tampa resident since 2010, her active community involvement includes serving as Secretary of Krewe of Alegria whose charitable shoe campaign, "Alegria Is Kickin’ for Kids", donates new athletic shoes to needy youth in Tampa Bay. She is a Certified Medicare Counselor for the S.H.I.N.E. Program under the Florida Department of Elder Affairs and Past President of Better Living for Seniors Hillsborough.
