Answer: My placement services are 100% free to families. I am compensated through a referral fee paid by the senior living community you eventually choose. This allows me to provide professional, unbiased guidance without adding a financial burden to your family during a difficult transition.
For families with special elder care consulting needs, i charge an hourly consulting rate for a total project fee.

Answer: I have visited and evaluated over 300 communities across a six-county footprint (Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, and Manatee). While I work with a vast network of high-quality providers, I only recommend those that meet my strict standards for care, safety, and reputation. If a community has a history of poor state inspections and fines, I will tell you.

I look past the surface-level 'eye candy' by reviewing AHCA state survey histories and observing the 'bones' of the operation—including staffing ratios, kitchen cleanliness, and overall facility maintenance. By maintaining high standards for the communities I represent, I ensure that the matches I suggest are based on a foundation of quality, safety, and a proven track record of care.
